Artists must provide accurate descriptions, including dimensions, medium, and condition of the artwork. Misrepresentation of artwork may result in the removal of your listings and/or termination of your account.
3.3. Pricing and Payments

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain all intellectual property rights to their artwork. By listing your artwork on Samet.Art, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images of your artwork for promotional and marketing purposes.
5.2. User Content
Any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on Samet.Art, including comments, reviews, and images, remains your property. However, by making content available on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
